R.I.P Mindy McCready

I was saddened to hear that country singer, Mindy McCready, took her life this weekend.

I'm not a huge country fan these days, but I did go through a phase in junior high where I embraced my country roots and Mindy McCready was one of my all-time favorites.

This song was a particular favorite of mine so I'm sharing it here in tribute to her.

May she rest in peace.

It is so sad. I feel for how much pain she must have been in to take this drastic step.

Yeah. It's pretty tragic. Especially since she left behind two young children. Hopefully she found peace from her demons.
