Dr Horrible/BtVS Crossover: Recruiting Mission - Horrible/Willow (FRAO/NC-17 - Just To Be Safe)
This is a drabble call response. Please be aware that I'm not doing them in order received. My muse is oddly finicky like that.

A/N: This wasn’t what I had in mind at first, but the muse works in mysterious ways so I hope that people enjoy it.
She was his 69th assignment and probably one of his most challenging. She was part of a large scale recruiting mission for some confidential project that the ELE was working on and it was his job to fill her head with pretty promises of world domination. Had to show her that the ELE was the place to be instead of some lame-o place filled with corporate tools - like the stupid United Alliance of Evil.
That also meant he had to talk to her. And his track record with talking to the female gender was still not so good even though it had been months since Penny’s death.
The worst and hardest part was that she was pretty, much prettier than that blonde girl she was always hanging out with. She was Penny pretty. Nice hair, nice eyes, nice smile. He couldn’t imagine that there was a bad bone in her body even though her file said otherwise.
Dr. Horrible shook his head, trying to free himself of thoughts that were weak and pathetic. He’s not Billy anymore. Not to himself, not to anyone, and especially, not to Willow. He needs her to see him as cunning, as manipulative, as Machiavellian.
He closes his eyes and wonders what it would be like to tangle his fingers in her flame-red hair, what it would be like to take her hard and fast off, like a hedonistic joy ride. It makes his cock hard and he can’t help but slide his hand down his trousers to take care of the problem. Just a few sharp tugs should do it. In a few minutes, he knows he’s close, can feel it boiling inside him like a lava pit that’s going to explode after lying dormant for years. The white, stringy cum spurts into his hand and his whole body sighs from the release.
It’s too much. There’s no way he can talk to her now. Can’t let her see him like this. It’s too dirty, too wrong. It’s not the evil he wants her to see in him.
One last glance in her bedroom window and he feels another surge of lust in his groin. Maybe tomorrow, he’ll go in there and feel her pliant skin beneath his fingers in his pursuit of want and need. Persuade her through the surge of evil that connects two deviant humans. That would be hot, right?
