I hope that everyone had a lovely May Day (and a happy, joyous Beltane to those who celebrate it!)

My May Day was quite lovely as I got to spend it with my fabulous friends in PSSO eating food, playing games, and chasing bubbles. The wind saw fit to destroy part of our picnic when it sent a tray of macaroni and cheese tumbling to the ground, but we did our best to clean it up.

Other than that, I watched some more Veronica Mars and checked out the college production of The Provoked Wife. The cast did a truly memorable job and it was a lot of fun to watch. Although now I'm being lame and working on homework...as well as half-assedly checking my flist.

Sounds like fun, even with the macaroni disaster.

Sounds like you did have a fun day, can imagine the mess the mac and cheese would make.:)

It's definitely not fun to clean up.
Especially when one didn't bring a broom to the park shelter.

Happy Beltane, snogged! I have not had a chance to do any kind of ritual or celebration... I'm really missing my Michigan group now. I'm going to try to do something tomorrow night, damn what the calendar says. :)

Happy Beltane, Mezz.
And go for it!

Shame on Mother Nature for overturning your mac & cheese. That is just wrong. I'm glad you had such a good day, though. :)

I'm glad I did too.
Even if I didn't get much done on the academic front.

:) Sounds like a lovely day... even with homework being involved. I hate that the end of the semester is just when it gets all beautiful out and I want to NOT be doing homework.

*hugs*

I'll be grateful to be free of homework for once come May 15th!

I'm glad you had a fabulous May Day! What is it exactly?

Sorry for the delay...

May Day is just another name for May 1st.
But for me, and my fellow pagans, it's a wonderful holiday generally known as Beltane. It's a day where we celebrate spring and be generally awesome.
