Writer's Block: Kill the music
[Error: unknown template qotd]
Hmmm...I could probably name a few. I tend to really hate songs that become so overplayed that anything I might have liked the first time gets stripped away.
But...for the sake of this meme, let's go with my top two: "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt and "Hey There Delilah" by the Plain White T's.
I'm pretty sure no amount of money would keep me from stabbing my eyes out if I had to listen to either one of those on replay for 24 hours.

I wasn't sure from the title. But you're right. It's definitely a terribly written song.

;)
I agree with you about hating songs that are overplayed. I have to say, though, I'm more that way with Lady Gaga songs and the like. I like that soft rock indie emo crap. ;) But earworms with a thumping bass line? Kill me now.

That's a song I'll listen to occasionally, but I'm sure I'd hate it if I heard it too many times in a row.

Celine Dion and "My Heart Will Go On"
and Whitney Houston and "I Will Always Love You."
.....both are guaranteed to make me run screaming from the room. And maybe, only maybe mind you, for 10 million, not a dollar less. LOL!
