When Opportunity Knocks On Your Door, Let Him In, And Then Settle The Score

Well, I really love how they retold the story of the Little Mermaid in Starship so my choice would be to see more Disney movies done. I could see them doing a great job with The Lion King, Mulan, Aladdin, etc.

I also think it would be interesting to see them do a Lord of the Rings parody or, even though it's not a movie yet, The Hunger Games given how amusing the Harry Potter parodies are. I can already see Joe Walker as Snow, Darren Criss as Cinna, Lauren Lopez as Katniss Everdeen, Joey Richter as Peeta, and Brian Holden as Gale. Crazy? Perhaps. But I'd love it.

13. favorite lang brother?
14. which starkid would you marry?
15. avpm or avps?
16. joe walker as voldemort or umbridge?
17. if there was to be a third part to avpm, what do you think should happen?
18. why do you love starkid?
19. do you call them starkid or dikrats?
20. dumbledore or rumbleroar?
21. what do you think of lwl?
22. brian holden. care to comment?
23. funniest avpm character?
24. favorite snape line?
25. a starkid gif?
26. did you expect dobby to be draco’s father?
27. do you apply any starkid references in your life?
28. what are your thoughts on red vines?
29. favorite photo of joey?
30. if you could ask any starkid a question, what would it be and who would you ask?

I started the temp. job today. Other than my orientation, things have been glacially slow. I'm not allowed to read a book at the desk so I guess internet browsing will be the thing.

Well, that or reading huge booklets on bankruptcy law...hmmm....

The one part that annoys me a little is that I don't have access to my gmail account because the Law Office server utilizes gmail. If you want to chat with me though, I'm happy to pm you my alumni email address.

Bankruptcy law? OOOH! Exciting reading!

Sent it to you via message.

I'm out of here in 20 minutes though.

I remember hearing that before they did AVPM and officially became "Starkid", they did a LOTR parody musical with Lauren Lopez as Frodo. I think they even released a clip of it.

I'm sorry that the temp job is massively boring though! But bankruptcy law sounds like it can be kind of fun...

[identity profile] snogged.livejournal.com 2011-05-26 09:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Good to know.
I'll have to try and find that.

[identity profile] hellolamppost17.livejournal.com 2011-05-26 09:44 pm (UTC)(link)
It's here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=par_CijDWIc&feature=player_embedded), if you are so inclined!

[identity profile] snogged.livejournal.com 2011-05-27 06:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Have I told you lately that I love you?

[identity profile] dischargie.livejournal.com 2011-05-26 04:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Maybe you shouldn't read or chat at work...especially not in a law firm I guess

[identity profile] snogged.livejournal.com 2011-05-26 09:05 pm (UTC)(link)
Given I was told I can check Facebook while here, I'm guessing browsing is fine. As for talking, I can't discuss any cases nor do I plan to.

[identity profile] dischargie.livejournal.com 2011-05-26 09:07 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh okay have to say I'm surprised about that :) And well I am allowed to chat as well and so I use it when nothing is there to do^^ *hugs*

If you get seriously bored, I recommend StumbleUpon for fun internet browsing. I use it from time to time when I have literally nothing to do. That hasn't seemed to happen in awhile... sigh...

[identity profile] snogged.livejournal.com 2011-05-26 09:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Duly noted.

[identity profile] shakensilence.livejournal.com 2011-05-26 11:17 pm (UTC)(link)
If you get bored tomorrow you can e-mail me... I should be at my computer most of the day since I won't be at work. Have to watch my hours right now because I put so many in at the beginning of the month. I'm only supposed to be working 30 hours a week. But they go by monthly numbers so we are just watching what I do for the rest of the month so I don't go over.

You can PM me your other e-mail or just e-mail me with your name in the subject line... I don't screen for spam because for some reason then EVERYTHING goes to the spam folder. I'm sure to notice it.

*hugs and love*

I appreciate the offer, but the law firm is closed for an extended holiday break.

I'll send you my other email though just in case.

YAY JOB! I just found out my library has a thing you can download and sort of check out e-books...maybe someone near you has that available and it'd be a way to read and be on the computer. :)

[identity profile] jewelledfairy.livejournal.com 2011-05-27 02:40 am (UTC)(link)
I was about to recommend something just like that!

[identity profile] loquaciousambie.livejournal.com 2011-05-27 04:19 am (UTC)(link)
Great minds! You shouldn't have to sacrifice reading just because they don't want to actually see the book. :)

[identity profile] snogged.livejournal.com 2011-05-27 06:46 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmm...that sounds interesting.
I've heard of library-lending via e-readers, but not computers.

[identity profile] rckstr-princess.livejournal.com 2011-06-13 03:30 am (UTC)(link)
That kinda seems backwards to me. What's their reasoning behind non-books, but Internet browsing?

[identity profile] snogged.livejournal.com 2011-06-13 03:55 am (UTC)(link)
Well, the book reading is kind of a non-issue now.

[identity profile] rckstr-princess.livejournal.com 2011-06-13 04:14 am (UTC)(link)
I guess so. =P Did they ever tell you why though?

[identity profile] snogged.livejournal.com 2011-06-13 04:18 am (UTC)(link)
Not really.
