Willow Rosenberg Query

I am wondering if anyone can tell me the episodes where Willow has staked/killed a vampire or a demon.

She kills a vampire in 'What's My Line PT2', but it's off screen, so you don't actually see it.

Willow killed the Penis!Metaphor Doublemeat demon, as only a lesbian could. ;-)

Willow ended up killing the demon who menaced her and Dawn in Wrecked, even though Willow was totally high and strung out.

I think her aim was true and right with the cross-bow and she staked one of the frat!vamps in The Freshman when they burst in to recover Buffy's stuff.

Willow staked both vamps in the same fight in Listening to Fear to her utterly adorable delight. Giles and Xander basically just watched....

I don't remember others.
