This is probably one of those stories that shouldn't be read by anybody but I'm not going to stop anybody from reading it either.

Prompt: As Robin continues without a job, she gets more and more depressed and she's developed damaging behavior (aka an eating disorder, hooked on pain killers, dates really crummy guys and lets them treat her like trash, etc.) She's come to the conclusion that since no one wants her (boyfriends, employers, her family,) she's not worth anything and therefore treats herself like the trash she's talked herself into believing she is. Barney discovers this. Go.

RL: My Brain Needs Storming

Hey flisters

I hope everyone is having a good night

Anyways, I get to do a presentation tomorrow for a class of undergrads about the Winther Counseling Lab and why counseling is important.

So I want to make you think about something

If you were in that class tomorrow, what is something you'd want to hear (or wouldn't want to hear)?

If you don't know, don't worry about it.

ETA: The presentation went smashingly this morning. They were only semi-comatose (gotta love college students) and some even participated when asked too :) The woman who manages the counseling lab went down with me and she congratulated on being so prepared.  Frankly, I just did what I usually do...which is winging it.  Thankfully, that's never steered me wrong before.  Knock on wood.
