Three Day Weekend: The Highlights Version

1) Watched Jaws for the first time and enjoyed it thoroughly. I was especially fond of the fact that we got to watch it on Blue-Ray. I also picked up a pretty red sundress on clearance at Wal-Mart that I plan to take New York with me.

2) Went to the theater and saw Lawless. I don't care what the critics say. Nick and I thought it was fabulous. Also, TOM HARDY!

3) Watched multiple episodes of Doctor Who's Season 3 on Netflix so I am slowly catching up on that.

4) Went to the "Posters of Paris: Toulouse Latrec and his Contemporaries" exhibit in Milwaukee and had a blast. I fell in love with this poster: La Loie Fuller and ordered a print when we got home. We also got to eat lunch with Mandy and Casey so it was really nice to see them and it was nice to give Nick a chance to know them better.

5) Had the pleasant surprise of seeing the Kite Festival in Milwaukee and enjoyed the Octopus, Blowfish, Seahorse, and Pig. I tried to get some pictures and if any turned out, I will post them later.

6) Watched the film The Babysitters on Netflix Instant. It was well done, but mostly it was fucked up.

And now I'm off to work!
