snoggedSo I've got a Kodaz EasyShare C633 that takes decent pictures but the usb cord is causing me serious grief right now because it refuses to upload my pictures.
I plug it into the port and the computer recognizes that it's plugged in. But the little window that pops up and normally tells me all my options doesn't list anything at all.
So, then I go into My Computer and the pictures appear so I'm thinking that this is good, right?
The problem comes when I click on the button that says "Get Pictures From Camera"
The error message reports the following "The computer cannot detect the scanner or camera. Please make sure the device is turned on and is properly connected to the computer."
So I recheck the connections and I still get the same stupid error. I've tried this on two computers now and I get the same response.
I don't want to give up on my 365 Days of Self Portraits but it looks like I might have too until this gets fixed.
So my camera friends, got any suggestions for me? Because I'm running out of ideas.
