da_phoenix13 gave me: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Castle, and Flight of the Conchords.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
01. The first character I fell in love with: The first episode I ever watched was from Season 2, “What’s My Line, Part 1.” And the character who stole my heart was Oz. He was laidback, super cute, and totally zen.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: I’m going to have to say Xander. His scene in the season finale of Season 6 gets me every time.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: hmmm….this is definitely a tough one as I’m not totally sure where people stand on the various characters. I don’t like Kennedy, but I know plenty of people who agree with me so it’s not a majority rules game or anything.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates: I love Kendra the Vampire Slayer. I don’t really know how others feel about her. But she always had a spot in my heart.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Probably…Buffy. As the seasons progressed, it was really hard not to notice how self-centered and self-righteous she could be. Not only that, but she was a royally abusive bitch to Spike and no one ever called her out on it.
06. The character I would shag anytime: Male: Spike, Female: Willow.

07. The character I'd want to be like: I’d want to be like Willow, of course. I think this question is kind of a no brainer for me. She’s intelligent, computer literate, and nerdy in the best possible way. She’s also got this beauty to her that surpasses the Buffy and Cordelia look.
08. The character I'd slap: Buffy.
09. A pairing that I love: in Canon: Willow/Oz, Xander/Anya. in Fandom: Willow/Spike, Willow/Angel.
10. A pairing that I hate: Spike/Buffy.
11. Favorite character: Willow.
12. My five favorite characters: Willow, Spike, Angelus, Drusilla, and Giles
13. My five least favorite characters: Kennedy, Buffy, Cordelia, Maggie Walsh, and…Hank.
14. Which character I am most like: I would say Willow. I’m not quite as much of a brainiac as she is, nor am I “gay, now,” but I am loyal to my friends, my computer, and my studies.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret: I don’t really think I have a deep, dark secret with this show. I’m pretty sure most folks know that I love reading dark fics, although there are some limitations that I do not wish to get into via meme. I’m also pretty sure that most people know the majority of my thoughts on different areas presented by the show. I guess I will say this though. There are times when I wish the show had just ended after Season 5 because of the flaws that exist in Season 6 and 7. Also, I hate the Season 8 comics.


Castle
01. The first character I fell in love with: I gotta say it: Richard Castle. Nathan Fillion plays snarky so damn well it’s not even funny.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Dr. Lanie Parish. For being more of a “minor” character on this show, I really like the dynamic she brings to the cast and I hope we’ll get to see more of her as the show progresses. I bet she has a pretty neat backstory.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Errr…I’m not really entrenched in Castle fandom at all. And this may be a cop-out, but I don’t really dislike anyone on the show. Sure, they may have their annoying sides, but you gotta take the bad with the good on this show.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates: How do people feel about Alexis? Because I adore her and I’m glad that the writers give her screen time because I know so many shows that introduce a kid and then try to push them away.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Not applicable.
06. The character I would shag anytime: Castle.
07. The character I'd want to be like: Probably, Detective Kate Beckett. She’s saucy, confident, and knows how to shoot a gun (which is something I want to learn someday).
08. The character I'd slap: If push came to shove, I’d say Marsha. She’s pretty overbearing and ridiculously dramatic.
09. A pairing that I love: I don’t really ship anyone on this show.
10. A pairing that I hate: Again, don’t ship anyone on the show.
11. Favorite character: Alexis
12. My five favorite characters: Alexis, Castle, Lanie, Javier, and Kevin
13. My five least favorite characters: Martha
14. Which character I am most like: I’m probably like Alexis. I love school. I take responsibility for things. And when I was a teenager, I was pretty darn mature too.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret: I might be willing to consider Javier/Kevin as a pairing option, if someone showed me a fic that realistically got them together.


Flight of the Conchords
01. The first character I fell in love with: This is a tough one, but I think I’m going to say Bret because he always comes up with funny ideas for songs. “Business Time” is one of my favorites!
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Murray. I thought he was a terrible manager, but he’s got this weird charm to him that I can’t help but be amused by.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: I have no idea how the fandom stands on characters in this show, so I’m copping out.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates: I love Mel. I don’t care what the fandom says about her.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Don’t really have one for this.
06. The character I would shag anytime: Probably, Jermaine. He is the cuter one.
07. The character I'd want to be like: I can’t say that I want to be like any of them. I’m mostly just in it to find amusement in their antics.
08. The character I'd slap: Probably, Murray.
09. A pairing that I love: Bret/Jermaine. But not in a sexual way. I also ship Mel/Doug (poor guy.)
10. A pairing that I hate: Don’t have one.
11. Favorite character: Bret
12. My five favorite characters: Bret, Jermaine, Mel, Dave, and Murray.
13. My five least favorite characters: Sally, The Crazy Dogggz, Brahbrah (because Kristen Wiig grates on my nerves)….
14. Which character I am most like: I am quite the fan girl so in a way I’ve got that Mel quality. But I’m far less intense than she is.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret: I wouldn’t have minded seeing Mel hook up with one of the band members. Also, I hate that it’s over. But I'm pretty sure that every FoTC fan feels the same way so that's not a secret.

We were re-watching Buffy with a friend who hadn't seen it and wouldn't stop squeeing about Oz's random cameos. I love Oz... Yay for meme's! :D

I have to admit I skipped right to the Castle set... LOVE THAT SHOW. I need Castle icons. I need Castle Alexis icons. I love the two of them SO much. The episode with the singer who was murdered... I forget what it's called... but at the end where they're at the concert and the two of them are just standing together... My little heart melts.
