This may make me sound like a girl child, but my cheer-up movie is Ice Princess, starring Michelle Trachtenberg and Joan Cusack. I know that plenty of the physics is wrong. I know that it's cliched, cutesy fluff. And I don't care.
Other go-to movies for anxiety/depression include: Legally Blonde, Mean Girls, and Can't Hardly Wait.
