HIMYM Episode Redux "Mosbius Designs"

Tonight’s episode was definitely acceptable on my love for HIMYM scale.

There were parts I loved a whole lot, parts that made me giggle, parts that FINALLY moved the Barney/Robin storyline in a satisfactory way, and parts that just kinda left me unsettled.

Let’s start with what I liked:

Robin. Specifically, Robin distracting Ted with Wheel of Fortune and Robin making fun of Ted for being a douche (and I swear the ramped the Ted’s douche level like 83% tonight). Oh and Robin’s attempt at breaking up with PJ was pretty darn funny.

Barney. I love NPH’s facial expressions. And how he made Marshall storm off with him. And how he confessed to Marshall his love for Robin. Very loudly. In the bar. I also liked how calm he was when the ninja showed up. Though I still want to know what exactly that ninja was trying to do. Also, loved Barney’s comments about Lily. “She’s evil!” and “Hang on to her” :)

Also, got a kick out of “I LOVE TED…sleeping with women!”

Marshall. Specifically, Marshall explaining to Barney why he always tries to sit by Lily so that Barney and Robin will have to sit by each other. AWWW!

The joke at the start. Even if we didn’t get to hear the punchline, I swear Lily’s reaction was the best ever and the close-up on NPH’s mouth…mmmmm….I can think of so many uses for those lips. Plus, the discussion of girl humor versus guy humor was truly entertaining

Oh and I totally got kinky thoughts when Barney sent his article of clothing to “PJ” to return three days later. I don’t know why but that just seems really hot.

What I didn’t like:

PJ. He irked me. He was too in love with Ted’s ass. And he wasn't a hot woman that Barney could shag *pouts*

Robin getting off on a man who controls when she pees. Just doesn’t do for it me.
