Did anyone else on my flist watch Once Upon A Time last night?

I thought it was...okay.

I love Ginnifer Goodwin and Jennifer Morrison and I definitely want to see more of Little Red Riding Hood...but other than that, I'm not feeling enthralled.

I'm a bit more excited for Grimm actually.

I haven't really gotten super excited about any of the new shows this fall, despite the fact that I've watched a number of them and have been following them since their premieres.

It's one of those shows that sound potentially interesting, but I haven't gotten around to watch it yet. I've heard lots of great reviews though...so maybe I'll consider picking it up after exams. Do you think you'll keep watching it?

I think I'll give an episode or two a try, but I'll probably see what the AV TV Club gives as an episode grade first.

I thought it was interesting...but I don't see it as having potential to last more than a season...the whole premise seems like it has to be wrapped up in one season or it'll get old.

That said, It did seem to have a slow start, I'm willing to give it a few episodes because I'm a Jane Espenson fan though and because this kind of show is bound to start slow...

Yeah, she's the executive producer or something...she's been pushing it on twitter all summer...well that and her awesome web series...that just finished it's first season...if you haven't seen it and you like sitcom type stuff it's hilarious.

It's called Husbands. it's....okay they described it as I Love Lucy meets Will and Grace meets Dharma and Greg...

It's about a gay couple that gets married after knowing each other a short time but wants to stay married because they don't want to be the first gay divorce.

It's done as 11 short parts that they plan to put together to try to pitch as a pilot for a real network.

It is. Sadly I have little hope for the 'real network' thing...since it is a gay couple and that may be a bit too much gay for network TV but still fun to watch. Also fully funded by Jane Espenson.

I watched and I'm kinda intrigued. It wasn't the most gripping hour of television ever, but how often are pilots really that spectacular? And I love that it feels so different from what's usually on network tv. I'd like to see what they make of it.

Also, apparently I miss Jennifer Morrison more than I thought.

We're really enjoying PoI. The pace is rather slow, but it works really well. It's one of the best new shows we've seen this season.

We just watched Once Upon A Time. I liked it. Henry's cool. We'll give a few more episodes at any rate.

I watched it. It was okay. I wish Henry wasn't so involved. I'm not fond of him. And I don't like 'the town's owner'. Why do the bad guys have to be dirty and have bad teeth.

I don't know. I'll probably give it a few more weeks. See how it goes.
