Tick, Tick, Tick....Boom

Let me start by saying this...I still love Barney. I still love Robin. I still love Kal Penn. This episode positively shattered my heart, more so than some of the dramas I invest in on TV, and that's largely because (as I told peasantings) with infidelity comes angst.

I'm glad that Barney took "the leap" and broke up with Nora, but I don't blame Robin one bit for choosing Kevin.

It all comes down to timing and right now...just isn't the right time. As much as I'm sure it will sting, I'm looking forward to seeing where the writers go from here.

On a final note, I loved loved love the Barney/Robin montage. That was amazing. I also laughed at the song that played on the boat.

I don't understand why people are taking it out on Robin, but maybe that's just because I love the girl and I can understand her rationalization for choosing Kevin right now.
