17. I'm attracted to arms for sure. I like feeling like I'm being held by something strong. Next up, eyes. Not to sound cheesy, but I love a pair of eyes I can get lost in. Finally, a sense of humor. Nick may very well be the king of bad puns, but he warms the cockles of my heart whenever he cracks a joke.

My idea of a perfect date?

Having a nice home-cooked meal (along the lines of tacos or steak/baked sweet potatoes.)

Followed up with a movie (either at the theater or at home. Doesn't matter as long as his arms is wrapped around my shoulders.

Then, we would go for a walk by the canal on a beautiful, warm (but not hot) night.

Finally, I'd top it off with a little bit of passionate humping. :P

27. My life's aspiration is to write a book related to my field of study (counseling.) I also want to become a professor of counselor education and/or a child/adolescent psychologist.

38. Quite honestly, with the exception of our current political landscape, I love living in Wisconsin and I don't think I'll ever move.

23. Sense of humor, comforting and supportive presence, gives great hugs.

42. My relationship with my oldest sister, Mary Ann, has always been the strongest. We share a lot of the same interests (drama, reading, etc.) and I really feel she's been a role model for me. I look up to her (sometimes literally because she's 5'11" and I'm 5'10") and I think she's awesome. My relationship with my sister, Katie, dances the line between strained and loving. I often think she's a bit too much like mom and although my mom is a lovely lady, sometimes she gets on my nerves. I've also had to work several of the same jobs she has and no matter how hard I tried, I could never measure up to "Katie: Star Employee." But now that she's a mom, things have gotten a lot better between us.

9. My best friend is the brother I never got to have (aka not related by blood or marriage...but by Ren Faire.) He is the guy I can count on when shit hits the fan. The guy I can count on to always have my back. The guy who gets my sense of humor. The (straight) guy who doesn't mind belting out Broadway show tunes. I count myself lucky to have a guy like that in my life and I hope I never lose him.

18. I owned a goldfish named Golde (named because of Fiddler on the Roof) that died when I was in elementary school. I have a cat named April who's been in my life for 16 years. She currently lives with my parents because my significant other is allergic, but I still love her so.

2. I'm really bad at sports and/or games that require physical strength. Doesn't bother me too much though, except for when Nick beats me at thumb wrestling.

12. Um...it feels like forever ago since I broke up with anyone. I think it was a mutual thing though...

26. Tomorrow I'm attending a baptism for my friend's son (whom I'm a pseudo-aunt for since she doesn't have any biological siblings.) There's a brunch afterwards and once I finish eating and chatting, I'll drive home. Once home, I plan to tackle the edits for my whichwillow fic and get that posted to my LJ. :)
