snoggedNick and I went to see Gone tonight at the movie theatre in Wisconsin Dells because I wanted an excuse to use the $5 free gift card I got for the concessions stand and it was going to expire Wednesday. (It was a bonus gift for the $30+ I spent at Christmas getting AMC theatre gift cards for my sisters.) We both found the film quite intriguing and ended up going to Uno Chicago Grill for dinner. I got the mixed field greens salad with glazed walnuts and goat cheese and the baked haddock with red bliss mashed potatoes (totally awesome!)
Anywho, now that the context is in place I shall direct you back to the title of this post. We were driving home and Rihanna's song "We Fell In Love In A Hopeless Place" came on the radio.
Nick's response: "What's this hopeless place she's talking about? Is it Death Row? The ICU? Ancient Pompeii?"
My response: *laughter*
Nick's response: "These are the things I wonder about."
Goddess, I love this man. :D
