I'm taking a bit of a cue from velvetwhip to share some current goings-on in my life.

Current Reading: Secret Daughter by Shilpi Somaya Gowda. It's absolutely enthralling and I think, in part, because it's a fictional novel about very real things.

Current Listening: The Some Nights album by Fun. has certainly been giving me entertainment these days. I'm also weirdly addicted to "Someone That I Used To Know" by Gotye because I'm still not sick of it, despite the massive radio play it gets.

Current Netflix Instant Viewing: I'd call it a unique mix. I'm in the process of watching season 1 of Masterpiece Classic: Downton Abbey (just finished episode 2) and ABC Family's Make It Or Break It. (just finished episode 5. Also, D.J. "Freaking" Tanner is in this show.)

Current Summer TV: So You Think You Can Dance, Weeds, Futurama, and Leverage.

Current Adventures Planned: I'm going to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida with my parents from August 1st-5th for the primary purpose of going to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park. T-minus-15 days!

Have fun with the shows!

We're watching White Collar, Leverage, and Baseball. And possibly Perception if we like the next episode. That's about it.

I hope you have a stupendous time at Universal Studios!. We'll miss you here, but I so can't wait to hear all about it. :D

I really like the rest of Making Mirrors. I'd recommend the whole album. As for Like Drawing Blood, the only song on it that I like is Learnalilgivinanlovin. And I really like that song. :)
