I Got Hit...On.

snoggedI was out for my walk tonight and traversing the streets of the city of Portage when all of sudden I heard three loud honks in rapid succession. It made me jump several feet in the air and forced me to look over. Coming down an alley, fast as you please, was a black car with a young (probably late 20's/early 30's), African American man in the driver's seat. He stomped on his brakes as soon as he reached the sidewalk.
He said: "Thank God I warned you!" Then, I made my way around his car and the man was still talking. He kept up with the "Thank God" theme for about 30 seconds, i.e. "Thank God, I didn't cause an accident. Thank God, I prevented it."
Followed by, "Thank God, I didn't hit those legs! You have gorgeous legs."
Then he asked me if I jogged a lot.
I said that I just walked a lot.
He flashed a smile at me and drove off.
And since "No One Like Me" was playing on my iPod at the time,(I am a first class, fabulous, excellent women...), I decided to be flattered.
