My Kindle keyboard decided to freeze today.

My attempts to perform a hard restart have failed fantastically and it won't respond to any of my button pushing.

I'm hoping my husband can take a look at it and get it working.

I really don't want to contact their damn Kindle help desk.

You have my sympathies. Sometimes it seems a computer will break down on me if I just look at it, not look at it funny but just look at it.
