Another Tragic Loss

I just found out today that one of my women's studies professors died unexpectedly yesterday. Her name was Dr. Edith Thornton and I had her for my Lesbian Studies class, Women and Work class, and my Meaning of Women in American Culture class. She was an amazing individual and a wonderful person. Her loss will be deeply missed by me and many others at UW-Whitewater.

Death really sucks. And losing two former professors in less then six months is so hard.
