Rabbit Or Duck
Oct. 13th, 2010 09:36 am> Day 13 - Least favourite reccurring character.
I'm not a big fan of Loretta Stinson. She's nothing like the Patty we met during the flashbacks early on in the show.
But I'm actually even less of a fan of Don Frank.
I hated that the writers kept pushing us to love this guy, kept insisting that Robin found the greatest love in the world with this guy and yet, there was really nothing about Don that was lovable. He was obnoxious, showed up to work in dirty underwear, and didn't mesh with the core group.
On top of that, all of the relationship development between him and Robin seemingly appeared off-screen except for the puppet show.
So that's why Don gets a checkmark in the Lame Category.
( The Rest )
In other news, I'm getting the panicky feelings again. The last time I spoke with the HR manager at the Department of Vocational Rehab, she quoted that it would take at least two more weeks after Sept. 30 before they'd announce the recipients of the job openings. Tomorrow marks the end of another two week wait.
To no one's surprise I've been refreshing my email like crazy today in the hopes that maybe, just maybe I'll know sooner.
I know that the waiting is to be expected given what I've learned about state jobs, but still...it's been over a month since I did my interview. Haven't I waited long enough?
