And so it begins...
Feb. 23rd, 2013 02:37 pmMy mom, sisters, and niece came up to see me today and we headed to the city of Baraboo to check out Specially Hers, aka the closest bridal gown store to my house.
Apparently, they thought we should get started on the search early, which I was fine with because although I had some ideas about what I wanted, I wasn't 100% certain what my expectations would be.
I must have tried on at least 30 dresses, but the first dress definitely pleased me the most. I wish I had a picture, but sadly, pictures are against store policy. It made me feel like a Greek goddess. :) It was white with some really neat beadwork. There was also a dress that everyone in my family was thrilled with...except for me.
We didn't buy anything yet, but I'm glad that it seemed to start off in a moderately successful way.
