He couldn’t bring himself to tell her how he felt. He knew that if he did it would complicate things in ways neither of them could be prepared for. It seemed, though, that every time he was close to her, he felt an overwhelming surge of power. He wondered if she even knew she had untapped ancient magicks flowing through her veins. He wondered if she knew that every movement she made gave him a warm, tingling feeling in his belly. Willow turned him on in a way Buffy was incapable of doing. He wanted to touch her, to feel her heat pulse under his fingertips. He wanted to unleash the witch within and teach her about what she could be.

But he couldn’t. It wasn’t his place to do so. She was just going to have to figure it out on her own.
