Under the cut you'll find the first paragraph of the first fic, drabble, or chapter I posted each month in 2007. I am not including the names of the fics. Let's see if you guys can remember which fics these are.
January: Angel stared into the emptiness of the fireplace. Countless thoughts were running through his mind. He thought about Buffy, he thought about the deception, he thought about Faith, and he thought about Willow. Willow, the innocent red-head, who had come to him a few nights ago in tears because her and Oz had a fight. Willow, the girl he had consoled and kissed. It had started as a soothing kiss on the forehead but when she had looked into his eyes, he had wanted to devour her. He wanted to taste her innocence. He wanted to get her out of his head. But no matter how hard he tried to think about other things, she wouldn’t leave.
February: It had all started out with the intention of being a one time thing. He had shown up unannounced while they were had been fishing sans clothes and then one thing had led to another thanks to Xena’s suggestive persuasion. Gabrielle hadn’t been so sure about sharing her body with the God of War but she could never say no to Xena. Xena was her everything and she would do whatever it took to make the Warrior Princess happy.
March:The pencil moved carefully across the sketch pad in his lap. His artistic hand knew the curves of her hips and breasts, the tautness of her stomach, the little birthmark she had on her right hip, the mischievous gleam in her eyes, and the softness of her smile. He knew each one from memory but he loved to see it every time.
April: He couldn’t bring himself to tell her how he felt. He knew that if he did it would complicate things in ways neither of them could be prepared for.
May: “Just for one night can't two people who feel an attraction come together and create something wonderful? And then go back to their lives the next day better for it but never over analyzing it or wanting it to be more than it was?”
Parker’s words had been festering in her brain for the last few weeks.
June: It was movie night at the Summers’ house and Xander decided to rent a porno flick. He claimed that porn was funny when watched with a large group and no one seemed to argue with him.
July: Lunch dates were mostly harmless. Lunch dates were cheap and friendly and casual. Lunch dates happened during the day so there was no expectation of going home with the person afterwards. Lunch dates just seemed simpler and less nerve-wracking then dinner dates.
August: No Fics This Month
September: Willow knelt before her small altar, her head bowed low and her hands in her lap. She felt oddly calm today despite her loneliness.
October: The Summers' house was quiet for a change and Willow intended to take full advantage of her new book "The House of Mirth" by Edith Wharton.
November: The Magic Box had settled in to its post-closing haze. Buffy and Giles had gone into the back room to try out some new combat techniques that Giles had researched. Anya and Xander had left to take Dawn home and then they were off to go see the movie premiere of Transformers. And that left Willow and Tara to play the roles of research girls with the stack of books that Giles had placed on the table in front of them. They still hadn't figured out what Glory was and Giles was insistent that they keep cracking the spines of books until it was figured out.
December: Back then, she had only known of him as “Patient Zero” and of course, dear old Dad had warned her to stay away from him. He was dangerous and unstable. What Dad had left out of course, was that “Patient Zero” also known as Sylar was a serial killer. He murdered heroes and stole their powers.
