Well, it's a quote from the show Grey's Anatomy that just cracks me up.

It's said by Cristina who is the hard-headed surgical intern that acts a little bit like a robot but deep down she's got a heart. She's also the main characters' best friend.

And for some reason or another, I could see one of the Buffy vamps saying this during a massacre.
