Title: Statistical Impossibility

It was a scientific impossibility to have an intimate, fulfilling relationship with an incorporeal being. There could be no kissing, no groping hands, no fingers running through her hair. There could be talking, of course but the romantic aspect would really go to the shitter in that scenario.

And that’s why she worked day in and day out on finding a way to make Spike real again. She wanted to feel his cool touch caress her heated skin. She wanted him to whisper sweet nothings into her ear. She wanted to defy science and make all her dreams a reality.
