Eliza Pepper had been five years old when she met her first snake. A slick Black Mamba that eyed her with curiosity through the glass window at Dr. Python’s Wondrous World of Dangerous Reptiles. And then Dr. Python had dropped three writhing, wriggling white mice into the cage and she had felt her heart thump in eager anticipation.
The Black Mamba was vicious, taking no time to inject her poison into their bloodstreams. When she left that day, she decided that what she wanted most in the world was to be a Black Mamba when she grew up.
Over the years she learned that she couldn’t change her skin to fit in with the reptiles she had desperately wanted to be but she did develop a weapon that would swiftly inject it’s victims with 100 to 200 mg of venom to the Black Mamba.
That had been her first step into super villain-dom and shortly after, came the costume. Tight black leather pants, snake-skin tube top, a quarterstaff, and a hat that winded up looking more like a cobra getting ready to strike then a black mamba. That only happened because she knew it made her look more intimidating.
Bad Horse had seen her performance one day - she had taken out a busload of rat enthusiasts – and that catapulted her into a seat at the Evil League of Evil.
Ever since, Bad Horse has used her as his secret weapon in the quest for world domination.
Screw being a femme fatale. She was a venom fatale.
