HIMYM Comment Drabble (Barney/Robin)

barneyrobin had a drabble-thon where people posted prompts and everyone was encouraged to write something based on said prompt.

I don't know if this is any good but the prompt I took was Alpha.


He was the alpha male. Leader of the players. King of the fine art of New York seduction.

When he walked into a room, the crowds parted like the Red Sea. With a wave of his hand, he could probably get any girl to come rushing to his side so they could have chance at the awesome Barney Stinson.

But when she walked into the room, his whole act was shattered. When she smiled, it took all his pride not to drop to his knees and worship her. He knew that with a single word, she could dethrone him and take away his crown.

But the funny thing was he'd be content under her rule.
