lesbianbutch04 who wanted Spike/Tara and a sleigh ride.
Dashing through the snow, in a one horse open sleigh…
The familiar holiday carol burst from the speakers on her radio and Tara couldn’t help but bounce her toes in tune to the music as her pen scratched the answer to the last calculus question she would have to respond to until next semester.
She was completely unaware of the jingling bells outside or the vampire leaning against the door frame.
“Get your coat, pet. Gotta surprise for you.”
Tara turned her head and curiosity twinkled in her eyes. “Why don’t you tell me now and I’ll pretend to be surprised?”
Spike chuckled, “Not how it works, luv. I want to see the genuine grin and receive the full intensity of those sweet, cherry lips against mine. I’ve got at least that much coming my way for this.”
Tara blushed. “Spike, I’m still a l…”
Spike arched an eyebrow, “And I’ve taken Angelus’s dick up my ass, your point? Never stopped me from kissing the opposite sex every so often. ‘Sides, you’ve never been kissed by a dashing man like me.”
Tara shrugged, rose from her chair, and slipped on her coat. Spike grinned and guided her out the door. Standing against the curb were two beautiful horses and a white sleigh with red velvet seats.
“Had to kill a man for this,” Spike said nonchalantly. Tara’s eyes went wide and Spike chuckled. “Kidding, love. Now, how ‘bout that kiss?”
To his pleasant surprise, the blonde witch brushed her lips against his and a bright smile lit up her face. She hopped into the seat and let Spike take the reins. “So, Spike, tell me more about how you kissed a boy and you liked it?”
Spike rolled his eyes and leaned back against the seat, letting the horses lead the way. “I’d rather hear you tell the story, pet. Figure you owe me that after I made your magical Christmas dreams come true.”
Tara’s lips found his again and this time, she let the kiss linger. And Spike thanked the gods he was with a girl who’d rather show than tell. Maybe, he’d get her to be his miracle after all.
