The iconmakerawards are currently accepting nominations for their new round. Each category has its own space to leave a comment and they have a ton of categories to choose from. Nominators should submit the name of the individual, where they host their icons, and four icons representing their skill as a comment to the category they wish to nominate in. You can NOT nominate yourself.

It looks like you just post a comment to the category you want to nominate for that includes the artist's name, URL, and four of the artist's icons.
