I've been re-watching Firefly since picking it up at Best Buy for $12.99 and tonight's jewel was the episode titled "Safe."

The opening scene takes place at Simon and River's home 11 years prior to their passage on Serenity.

As little Simon's face came on screen, I instantly recognized those eyes and had to go find out who I was looking at.

It's freaking Zac Efron!!!!! (and based on what I found on imdb.com, it was one of his first acting jobs too).
