There was something about last night's HIMYM episode that bugged me continuity-wise. And then I thought, hey we've seen LAME brush their teeth before.

I lent all my DVDs to someone so I couldn't check for myself, but I KNEW we had seen them brush their teeth with separate tooth brushes before.

Carter and Craig seriously fail for forgetting that in the same episode where Ted and Victoria did the making out stuff, and Robin and Barney did the awesome laser tag stuff...Marshall and Lily did the brush our teeth stuff.

lol considering Lily & Marshall spent half the episode in the bathroom you'd think they might have thought to reference it for continuity sake (but then again continuity hasn't really been their concern this season, it seems) :/

Plus, you know, even if they did share a toothbrush I don't really get the whole OMG TED SHARED IT TOO thing because it's not like you use the same tooth brush for years upon years - you change it every few months, and one or the other would have noticed that there was a different toothbrush in there. < /nitpicking >
