Two Toothbrushes

There was something about last night's HIMYM episode that bugged me continuity-wise. And then I thought, hey we've seen LAME brush their teeth before.

Excuse me while I go and try to wrap my brain around fixing this in fiction.

lol considering Lily & Marshall spent half the episode in the bathroom you'd think they might have thought to reference it for continuity sake (but then again continuity hasn't really been their concern this season, it seems) :/

Plus, you know, even if they did share a toothbrush I don't really get the whole OMG TED SHARED IT TOO thing because it's not like you use the same tooth brush for years upon years - you change it every few months, and one or the other would have noticed that there was a different toothbrush in there. < /nitpicking >
