+ First and foremost, I'm in love with resident jackass, Logan Echolls. Seriously. I want to hump his leg and have his babies. Not surprisingly, I was shipping Logan/Veronica from the beginning and was thrilled to see them come together. Also, I really think Logan needs lots and lots of hugs. Poor boy.
-- That being said, I've also come to ship Logan/Lilly/Veronica (pre-Lilly's death) as I read a ridiculously wonderfully smutty WIP involving Lilly's plans to corrupt her best friend. It felt very in character and that is always a bonus.
+ I hate Duncan/Veronica. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
+ Wallace and Veronica = BFFs. I really appreciate shows that depict strong friendships between men and women. It's refreshing to know that Hollywood doesn't firmly believe that all women fall in love with their male best friend sometime.
+ Weevil. I pretty much &hearts him. And I'm also pretty sure that I wouldn't mind seeing him hook up with Veronica.
+ Veronica and Keith. I love the "Who's Your Daddy?" stuff and the jokes they have with each other. In some ways, these two remind me a lot of Castle and Alexis because the father/daughter bond is so strong and I imagine that Castle would set himself on fire if Alexis ever got trapped in an refrigerator.
+Finally, the guest appearances. It's been great fun seeing Alyson Hannigan, Charisma Carpenter, Kevin Smith, and Joss Whedon all play roles on the show. :)

I'm also very glad that Veronica and Wallace remained platonic, and while the dynamic between them was pretty underutilized, especially in season 3, I always loved to watch it just because it was refreshing to see them get close without it turning into something sexual/romantic. And Veronica/Keith is the best father/daughter relationship EVER.
I'm so glad you're enjoying the series!

on 2010-05-11 02:26 pm (UTC)I really expected them to at least have a hook-up during season 1. They seemed to have a lot of sexual tension.

And then there's season 2. ::sigh::
