What song are you currently addicted to?
"Different Kind of Knight" by Christian Kane and "Mandelbrot Set" by Jonathan Coulton.

What's your favorite season?
Fall! I love the way the leaves change colors and how it's comfy enough to wear a light sweater.

What's the latest movie you watched?
I believe it was Ramona and Beezus.

What is the one skill you wish you had?
I wish I could sing good enough to play a lead in a community theater production.

What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
My current fandom obsession remains BtVS/AtS. But recently, I've grown quite addicted to The Vampire Diaries and Lie to Me.

What's your favorite musical instrument?
My favorite musical instrument is the cello. I never played it in school (I played clarinet and piano), but there's something about a cello that just makes me shiver with delight.

What web sites do you always visit when you go online?
LJ, Facebook, Gmail, Entertainment Weekly (ew.com), and The AV Club.

What was the last thing you bought?
A chocolate chip scone that I ate for breakfast this morning. :)

If you win 10,000 bucks today, what would you do with it?
I would put $1,000 into my checking account so I could feel comfortable with paying off various bills and adding a few new movies to my collection. The rest would go into savings and to charity.

Last concert you went to?
Tartanic. (Scottish Bagpipers Who Think They're Rockstars...because they are!)

What could be one of the best things to happen to you right now?
Getting a job in my field.

What's your favorite food?
Macaroni and Cheese

Do you want to learn another language?
Yes. I'd love to learn Italian and it would be beneficial to learn Spanish because of my degree.

Five things you can't live without.
1. My boyfriend
2. My friends
3. My favorite books
4. My computer
5. Humor

Sadly, to be published it's more about luck than talent. In my high school Creative Writing class, our teacher managed to get an author in. He became a self-publisher because no one would publish his books. After all, there's all sorts of rubbish out there being published every minute. =)

The cello's my favourite instrument as well. <3

I had a poem published once... :)

But also that was the previous person's answer. I actually need to go change it.

They are quite cool.

I could make you a copy of one their CD's if you like. I have three of them (their greatest hits, their "party" album, and one of the older releases that they don't sell anymore.) I also need to you a copy of that documentary I told you about once... (Sex at 24 Frames per Second).

I agree about fall, fandom obsession, and instrument... all your answers were interesting.

Tartanic sounded really really neat... I love the bagpipes they would come in a close second on fav instrument. I'll have to look them up. I know of several bands that use bagpipes in their music and I love all of them.

Tartanic makes frequent visits to the Ren Faire I attend and I know they're pretty big down in Texas.

"Different Kind of Knight" I haven't heard this one yet. Can you point me to a place I can get a copy?

*fingers crossed* that you get a job in your field

Not all community theater involves singing! Of course, musicals are fun, though.

Oh I know that. I've been in several plays before, but being the lead in a musical has always been a real dream of mine. One that's hard to achieve on account of the fact that I'm an alto and not a soprano.

I'm sure that there is a show out there that has an alto as a lead, but I have no clue which one.
