As for the challenge...just go to this post and read the bottom part. All you need to do is give me a prompt of some sort (for example, songs to work out too, songs to make you dance like a crazy person, etc.) and I come up with a mix of five songs just for you. :)

I don't find it sad at all. Some of these artists are quite obscure (for instance, a google search won't even for you the lyrics for Pretty Poison, but I heard it on Pandora.com and loved it.)
