I will admit that I wasn't on board the Willow/Tara train when their relationship first started because I was still feeling pretty irked about what had happened with Oz. But soon enough, the girls pulled me into their warm and glowy bubble and I often felt as giddy as Dawn did whenever they appeared together on screen.
I love that Joss fought back against the censors who didn't want kisses to be shown by having magic be a metaphor for love and sex. The scenes were Willow and Tara were wrapped up in light and power were just so beautiful. I think that's actually part of why I felt so frustrated when magic became a metaphor for drugs during season 6 because it took away from that beauty. Especially because Tara ended up dead.

In other news, I'm baking pumpkin pie chocolate chip cookies today in celebration of Thanksgiving tomorrow. Can't wait to put that plan into action.
