Well, Darren was originally cast to play the part of "Dick" in Me and My Dick, but couldn't due to his appearance on the short-lived show: Eastwick. While I totally think Joe Walker is a better fit for that role, I have to acknowledge that Darren looks darn adorable in the little pink hat. :D

Moving on to other news, I went to the zoo today with my mom, sister, and two year old niece, Lauren. We saw the lions, tigers, and bears. (Oh my!) We also saw the monkeys, polar bears, penguins, tapirs, giraffes, elephants, and kangaroos. I think the highlight of my day though was serving as Lauren's chaperone for the merry-go-round. She got so excited every time the horse went upwards. It was so cute.

Can you believe I've only ever been to the zoo once in my life and that is when I took my daughter there was she was around 8?

It is a nice place to go with kids though... their enthusiasm is contagious.
