The answer to that is simple, my friends.
Once again, I give you...Joe Walker.
The man can dance. He can sing. He can play a villain. He can play a psycho. He can play a woman. He can play a dick. He can play a ball-less commander who understands that a lap can be seriously comforting. And, I don't care what anyone says, he's totally sexy while doing it.
In short, he's "totally awesome."

Since my birthday is on Tuesday, Nick and I opted to do a little pre-birthday celebration (so that it could be enjoyed to the fullest extent.) At my choice, we went to see Bridesmaids, which I loved. I laughed my butt off, enjoyed the footage filmed in Milwaukee (Wisconsin, represent!), and found a new appreciation for Chris O'Dowd (after getting over the fact that he doesn't ask anyone to turn off their computer and turn it back on again in the film.)
After the movie, we were were going to grab dinner at Moosejaw Pizza and Brewery, but it was packed and the wait was crazy. Instead, we decided to try a place we'd never been before called Sarento's. It was an Italian place that definitely had a more upscale feel to it once we got inside. I mean, it was still cool to wear jeans and bring a family, but the lights were dim, the napkins were cloth, and there were candles on all the tables. Definitely a far cry from the Moosejaw, and yet, we got a table right away.
I ordered an Amaretto sour and the seafood cannelloni. It was delicious. :)
