Title: Siren, Thy Name Is Lily

“Pulling off her pants, taking off my own, underneath the mistletoe, I’ll make your sister moan.”
Barney waved his arms with exuberance as if trying to conduct a band and despite the horrified look on Ted’s face, Lily couldn’t help but giggle.
She guessed it was probably the raging nympho inside of her that loved to connect with the filthy pervert inside Barney. Ever since they had become friends, they had fallen into a habit of telling dirty jokes or sharing sex-capade stories. Sure, all of Lily’s stories tended to involve Marshall but that never shook the twinkle out of Barney’s eye whenever he got to have story time.
As the night progressed, the living room emptied as Ted, Marshall, and Robin headed down to the bar under the assumption that Lily and Barney would head out with them. Instead, Lily plopped down beside him and accidentally brushed her fingers against his knee.
“Is that what you do? Have raunchy sex with girls under the mistletoe instead of just kissing them?”
Barney tilted his body towards hers and grinned, “I’ve never been much for tradition, Aldrin.”
Lily paused, the gears turning in her head as she remembered the sprig of mistletoe she had tucked inside her back pocket in an attempt to get Barney and Robin to kiss this holiday season. Since they were alone, she liked the idea of teasing him instead.
“What if we were under the mistletoe? Would my pants be around my ankles? Would you be fucking me and making me moan?”
Barney feigned surprise. He knew full well that a lot of his stories ended up getting Marshall laid when Lily went home with pent up sexual frustration. “You saucy, little minx. What would Marshall say?”
Lily chewed on her bottom lip and hesitantly traced her fingers across his shoulder. “Marshall wouldn’t have to know…necessarily.”
Barney chuckled, “You can’t keep a secret for five seconds, Aldrin. You’d be bragging to the whole bar about my sexual prowess.”
“I would not.”
The blush heating her cheeks, however, betrayed her. After a brief moment of consideration, she drew out her secret weapon. She toyed with the little green sprig and dangled it just above Barney’s head. Her lips moved closer to his face and Barney steeled himself for whatever she had up her sleeve. Lily captured his mouth in a brief kiss that made his toes curl and his pulse race. It only lasted a few seconds, but he could still taste a mixture of beer, blackberries, and honey.
Lily pushed herself off the sofa and flashed a grin at Barney. “I’d say you can do tradition just fine, Stinson. Now get off your ass, come downstairs, and have a holiday drink with me."
Her immediate change in attitude made Barney wonder if this was indeed a secret that would stay locked inside Lily’s mind. And she also seemed to be making it clear that he'd do best to keep his mouth shut too.
As horrible as it sounded, he was hoping that next Christmas she'd do exactly the same thing. 'Bros before hos' did not apply after a kiss like that. And if all went well, her pants would be around her ankles and she’d be screaming his name as he fucked her into a blissful oblivion.
He got up from the couch and followed her out the door. Bro Code be damned. The red-haired siren was singing and he was going to run straight for the rocks.
