I opted to stay home from work today after I woke up and immediately doubled over from intense stomach pains. I wager it likely has something to do with the amount of cheese I've been eating lately so I've decided to make a good faith effort to cut back on the cheese and add more fiber and fruit to my diet.

I can't say this is a choice I make happily since I'm a born-and-bred Wisconsinite with a family lineage that contains several cheese makers, but the pain is unbearable so sacrifices must be made.

In other news, I'm halfway done with A Very Potter Musical (loving it!) and I'm reading Mark Reads Twilight for it is snarky commentary that expresses much of my feelings towards the series.

Finally, Happy Veteran's Day to all who have served in the armed forces.

White Knight Awards Winners Announced

It's been brought to my attention that the White Knight Awards for Xander-Centric Fiction have announced their winners for 2010 .

I'm pleased to say that several of my flist were placed in the winners circle so three cheers are in order for: angelus2hot, snowpuppies, velvetwhip, and whichclothes.

I was quite shocked to learn that I'd won an award as well for one of my older stories.
