Looking For Recipes

I'm looking to try some different things, mostly dinner type stuff, but desserts are fine too. So I'd like to ask anyone willing to share their favorite thing to make.

I'd prefer to keep the ingredients list somewhat cheap and easy as I'm not much of an advanced chef nor do we have a lot of grocery store options around here. But other than that, I'm pretty much open to anything you want to share.

I'll send you some better recipes in a bit, but something super easy and tasty is "valentine potatoes" - dice up potatoes, put them in a greased baking pan, and pour zesty italian dressing over the potatoes. Put it in the oven at 325 degrees for an hour, and you have some deliciousness waiting for you :)
