Snogged: An Insatiable State of Mind

Just got a call from the gals at Compass Counseling.

Apparently, they have a plan they want to run by that would at least help me get non-direct hours and some direct hours, which we have scheduled for the morning of June 20th.

The only downside is their time-line (despite all of their wonderful intentions to help me out) won't have me starting with them until August.

*sigh*

I really, really like these folks. But I can't wait anymore.

That said, part of me hopes that I might be able to squeeze them into whatever work schedule I have by then.

So I met with Compass Counseling today for an information gathering/informal interview that I received based on the cold call I'd made to them a week or so ago.

Now onto some shiny news that makes me explode a little with squee. As some of you might remember, I contacted the Compass Counseling center this past Friday. Well, as promised, I got a phone call today from the other woman who's involved with the agency. They want me to come in for an informal interview on Monday, May 23rd (the day before my birthday!)

I hope they think I'm a good fit and that there aren't any obstacles that would get in the way of them pursuing some sort of position with me.
