Snogged: An Insatiable State of Mind

Tomorrow, I'm leaving for my vacation and will be gone until the weekend of August 4th. Nick and I are meeting up with his family in Minocqua, WI where we'll spend a week surrounded by gorgeous lakes, trees, and wildlife (mostly deer, but I'm hoping to see eagles again this year). I promise to take lots of pictures.

I'm not really sure what my technology access is going to be like, but if it's anything like other years I've gone, I'm betting I won't be checking LJ.

I am home from my whirlwind trip to New York.

I am also exhausted.

But I did get to see some great friends, do some fun shopping, and see The Book of Mormon, which was a dream come true for me.

I wanted to let you all in a secret.

I'm going to Ireland :) It's for a Diversity and Counseling workshop sponsored by Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA so I get to be a student and see a whole bunch of stuff.


My plane is leaving the US on August 9th and will be returning to the US on August 20th.

My goal regarding the interwebs on this trip is to check email and scan through LJ at least once a day (otherwise, I know I'll be overwhelmed) and have already been told that Trinity College does have wi-fi for us to use and there are little internet cafes everywhere.

That being said...if any of my darling LJ'ers live in the Dublin area, let me know. Maybe we could work out a meeting of some kind because that would be cool. Sadly, it sounds like I won't get to meet tamakin though. She's a busy lady.

This is my post to let everyone know that I'm going on vacation from August 2nd until the 10th.

During that time, I WILL NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS!

The status on Taming Her Heart Chapter 7 (the last chapter) is that I haven't written it yet. My brain can't seem to wrap around the ending I want. It will be in the works the week I get back and I hope to have it posted by August 19th provided my beta team has time. Thanks for your patience.
